Opened in 1975, 31 Perry used to be one of Off Broadway’s most vibrant Playhouses and a staple of New York’s downtown theater scene. Over the decades, it has become a unique, creative space on a very special block – the very same block as Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment from Sex in the City. This space holds so much history – the previously renowned theater, owned by Broadway tycoons, has conducted iconic filmings such as 30 Rock and put on amazing works including an award-winning production directed by Sir Anthony Hopkins.

31 Perry has catered to the creative New York community for over four decades – from the arts to all kinds of special events. As of this spring, 31 Perry is back in action and is offering a place to call home to the public.
